Deposits
All deposits are non‑refundable.
Cancellations
- 7+ days before: May receive partial credit toward future booking (UEX discretion).
- 6 days or fewer: No refunds or credits.
Rescheduling
Requests must be made 7+ days in advance and may include a rescheduling fee.
UEX‑Initiated Cancellations
Clients receive a full refund or the option to transfer the booking.
Conduct
UEX may end an experience immediately without refund for unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.
