UEX provides curated concierge, companion, lifestyle, and social experience services. All services are strictly professional, legal, and within the agreed boundaries.
Eligibility
Clients must be 21+, legally able to enter agreements, and provide truthful information.
Booking & Payment
- Deposits or full payment are required to secure bookings.
- Prices are subject to change until payment is received.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non‑refundable.
- Cancellations 7+ days prior may receive partial credit (UEX discretion).
- Cancellations within 6 days receive no refund.
Conduct
UEX may terminate an experience without refund for unsafe, illegal, or disrespectful behavior.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Client information is kept confidential per the Privacy Policy.
Limitations of Liability
UEX is not responsible for personal injury, loss, third‑party vendor actions, or social outcomes.
Intellectual Property
